Bringing Joyful Moments
to Your Loved One through Music
Mindfulness-centered music therapy for seniors and caregivers
White Plains, NY | Online
You remember…
…when conversations with your loved one were filled with laughter.
You treasure those moments.
Every time you were together, there was so much to share, to learn, to love.
Now, your loved one doesn’t remember…
It started slowly, but now they seem to be slipping away from you.
A disease has taken those moments away.
You’ll never know the joy that had yet to be shared.
Now they seem unable to hear how grateful you are for all those moments you have shared together.
Overwhelmed with all the care responsibilities…
You want to take care of yourself, your family, your kids, all your loved ones, but it’s beginning to feel like too much.
You need a break, but there is so little time.
What can I do for my loved one?
Is it okay to take time just for myself?
I feel so lost; what should I do?.
Just knowing that your loved one had something that made them happy would let you catch your breath and figure out what you need.

Experience harmony through music and mindfulness
Hi, I’m Eric.
Life is musical.
In life, like in music, there is dissonance. Though, it is only by experiencing the dissonance that we can truly appreciate its resolution.
In learning to experience the musical piece as a beautiful whole, we can appreciate the dissonance and harmony.
Music is magical.
I provide private mindfulness-centered music therapy for seniors living at home or in facilities. Music therapy can support them in the present moment and cultivate joy, creativity, self-confidence, expression, validation, and connection. Through these experiences, a therapeutic relationship develops that allows for an authentic, healing, and supportive connection in difficult times.
I use the same approach to provide online therapy to caregivers to support them in the present-moment cultivation of gratitude and development of resources. Not only does this help the caregiver to be strong and supportive, but it also creates a healing vision for the future.
Through these experiences, we (elder or caregiver) develop a therapeutic relationship that allows for an authentic and healing supportive connection in difficult times.
Life is magical.
There is no denying that life’s difficulties sometimes seem too overwhelming to bear. However, the gift of human life is that we can find ways to reframe difficulties as opportunities for growth, healing, and joy.
